The original installation file is in a zip file called:  Occular4.0.zip  (10+Mb)

Unzip this file to a new folder that you must create named: C:\Programs\Occular4

There will be a folder labeled:  Occular4.0

Open and Read the Installation Guide (Word file).

You do NOT need to uninstall older versions of Occular before installing this new version.
