IOTA/IOTA-ES occultation update for (225) Henrietta / TYC 1065-00745-1 event on 2007 Jul 16, 04:45 UT Visible from Canada, USA Summary ------- On 2007 Jul 16 UT, the 120 km diameter asteroid (225) Henrietta will occult a 10.6 mag star in the constellation Aquila for observers along a path across Canada, USA. In the case of an occultation, the combined light of the asteroid and the star will drop by 2.1 mag to 12.5 mag (the magnitude of the asteroid) for at most 15.1 seconds. This update is based on UNSO/Flagstaff astrometry for the asteroid kindly provided by Alice Monet, historical astrometry from the MPC files (via AstDys), and the following catalogs for the star position: UCAC.
